Yup, that about sums up our week. This week was winter break (although it was certainly no break from WINTER!) with the kids and we had a fun week together. They definitely have cabin fever so it was trying at times. It didn't start out too well with Caleb getting sick on Monday. But we learned a new tip...if you don't have sawdust in the house (because who keeps sawdust in the house, right?), use oatmeal to absorb the throw-up. So we stayed in on Tuesday but Caleb was feeling much better. We celebrated Daddy's birthday on Thursday and went out to eat at Outback. We were once again reminded why we don't often go out to eat WITH the children. They were fine, just excited and wild! You know, they were acting their age. Friday we went to an indoor playground type place for a couple hours and the boys had a blast! I was brave and took them all by myself! It was a lot fun to watch them play. Josiah was hilarious because he is starting to get into imaginary play like Caleb and he found a tractor to ride on that he was not willing to give up. At one point, he kept knocking it over and I asked him why. He said "the tractor on cars". If you haven't see the movie "Cars", there is a part where the cars go "tractor tipping". It was funny to see him make that connection. Today we were home most of the day and Dave finished another room in the house. The front room or the fire room or the Florida room or the pellet stove room...we haven't quite named the room but it is painted and looks so great! Onto the next project...

Caleb may not eat much but he LOVES black olives...go figure!

Josiah and his new found freedom...a big boy bed. At naptime, he gets out of bed, turns on the lights and plays. Well, today he was too pooped to pop and just fell asleep on the floor. I know what you are thinking and yes, we had pajama day and that's why he is still in his PJs at naptime!

Hannah - 4 months old
She had a doctor's appt. this week and Doc says she is doing great. She still struggles with the acid reflux so they upped her dosage a bit and the doctor discovered that she has already started teething which would explain her crankiness over the past week or so!

She likes sitting in her bumbo seat and playing with toys or just watching the boys play around her. The certainly keep her entertained!
Here are a couple of videos of Josiah at the indoor playplace. In the first one he is "ordering food". Surprise, surprise! In the second one, he is singing "Old McDonald" on the tractor. You have to listen close though b/c there is a lot of background noise.

I can't believe Caleb likes Olives...so strange since he dislikes so much!! Hannah is precious and I loved the story of Josiah tractor tipping. We will have to get him to West Virginia :).
