Life at Nonna's

It's hard to believe that we close on our new house this Thursday. We are excited and nervous all at the same time. Dave's dad comes into town on Saturday to help us out with the house so we won't be officially be moving in until next weekend. We want to have a couple of the rooms carpeted, do some painting and some other little things while his dad is here. The boys and I will stay at my mom's for another week or so. But while we are waiting, we have been having fun at Nonna's house. The boys have enjoyed the pool, the backyard and having someone around pretty much all the time. So here is "Life with the Libby's at Nonna's". The last piece is of Josiah building a tower. His new thing is to open the cabinets and pull the food out to build a "towa". He already has that New England accent! Enjoy and soon I'll be posting some pictures of our new house and our trip to York, ME last weekend.

A little afternoon summer treat...popsicles!!!

Caleb has just discovered how fun squirt guns can be...such a boy!

Auntie Donna tracing Caleb to color.

And of course Caleb then had to trace Auntie Donna!

Josiah's favorite chore...sweeping! He'll stand at the broom closet and say "seep, seep!".

Josiah relaxing before bedtime with Eric or as Josiah likes to call him, "Ecic".

The building of the "Tuna Tower".

Caleb and Josiah Time

Here are just a few pictures and videos to show off the most adorable boys in the world! They just get cuter and cuter everyday. Caleb is understanding so much and wants to help us do everything. He is becoming helpful with Josiah too...getting his pacifier or giraffe or helping him to eat. It is really cute! Josiah is talking up a storm and it's unbelievable. He just started putting little phrases together like "Pappy's boat" and if you ask him where something is, he sometimes says, "I don't know". Ok, maybe it's more like "I du know" with his cute little hands in the air. We are just so blessed with the joy they bring to our lives each day!!! Enjoy the videos and pics.

We went to a Lowell Spinners Game last weekend and Caleb loved it. He wanted to know what was happening in the game and it was fun to explain it to him. I'm sure his fun time had much to do with the popcorn and snacks too!

Daddy and his boys taking in the game.

Caleb driving the boat with Uncle Rick. Caleb has not been a big fan of loud noises lately so Uncle Rick is trying to talk to him about how noises can be good. It was cute.

Josiah playing Patty Cake with Nonna. He was cracking up! I just love that little laugh.

Livin' Large

Ok, so I may not look it but I feel HUGE!!! We are at 28 weeks pregnant (ALREADY!) and things are going well. The week we moved out of our house did a number on me but this week we have been able to breathe a little bit and I have been able to rest a bit more. Maybe it's just because it's #3, but this pregnancy has been a bit more tiresome than the other two...hmmm, I wonder if it has anything to do with those two little munchkins running around me all day! As far as our new house, we finally finished dealing with a few inspection negotiations and are waiting on paperwork for our mortgage. The closing is set for August 28th and Dave's dad will be coming for a week to help us do a few things before we officially move in. Nothing major really...just some painting and miscellaneous things that are just easier to do with nothing in the house. We are having fun staying at my mom's. The boys are finally sleeping better (which means mommy and daddy are sleeping too!) and have adjusted to the fact that we are here for awhile. Caleb still has to walk himself through it to fathom it. It's sort of funny. Every once in awhile out of the blue he'll say, "We can't stay at our house anymore because someone is using it, so we have to stay at Nonna's until we find a new house." And to him a new house means a NEW TRUCK!!! Surprise, surprise! I guess we will be taking a trip to the toy store.
Last week was VBS at our church and the boys went a couple of nights. It was a Veggie Tale pirate theme and Caleb had a blast except that he was scared stiff of the pirates. He actually cried every time they came around but he looked cute as a pirate. Even Josiah got in on it! Here are a couple of pics.
