As many of you know, life has been quite busy so it has been hard to update the blog. But we have our computer hooked up again so here is the family update. We are officially out of our house. It was bitter-sweet to sign the papers. The new owner was very nice and it was good to meet who would be in the house next. We will miss it but we know that God has another house for us. We are going through the inspection negotiation process with the house we have bid on and we hope to have some results tomorrow. For now, we are settling in at my mom's house. The kids have had trouble sleeping and grasping the fact that we are here for awhile but it is getting a bit easier. Tonight on our way home from church, we told Caleb we were heading to Nonna's house and he said in the cutest little voice with his hand in the air, "But I want to go to our own home." It is hard to explain to a 3 year old that we don't have a home right now. It's hard for us to grasp that nevermind him! But it has certainly been a nice commute to work and church, Caleb enjoys driving his truck everyday that it doesn't rain and it is so nice to always have family around. We will keep you updated on the situation. Below are some pictures from Caleb's 3rd birthday party and from our camping trip. It was a blast! The weather was unbelievable. We enjoyed the pond, the pool, the kids activities and just hanging out with friends. The kids did great sleeping at night and it was a much needed break in the middle of all we have had going on. Enjoy the pics and have a GREAT week!

Caleb's "Bob the Builder" cake that Auntie Lauren made for him. She has such an amazing talent!

Caleb and his friends enjoying some pizza before the cake!

The birthday boy! (a.k.a. The cutest little 3 year old in the world!)

Caleb waiting for us to finish singing so he could tear into that cake!

Mommy and daddy gave Caleb a tricycle for his birthday. It is taking him a little while to learn how to use the pedals and not just push with his fit but he is getting it. Here is a video of him too.

Caleb helping Uncle Tim build the fire.

Dave setting our new tent up for the first time. It was big and roomy for our family. We are so glad we got it!

The kids liked the pond the best for cooling off. I think it was because they could go in and out as they wanted unlike the pool.

Yes, that is a pool behind Josiah but he would much rather play in the foot bucket! Just his size I guess.

There was a little nature pond at the campground so I got Caleb a net that he could catch some frogs. He loved it!

And YES, we did catch a few frogs. Caleb liked catching them didn't want to get too close.

Josiah and our friend Maddie-Belle enjoying some corn on the cob.
There were a couple of rain showers we had to wait out so here is our family in the tent waiting for the rain to stop so we could go back out and play. It never lasted more than 15 minutes and it helped to cool us off.

Caleb and Josiah dancing at the volleyball tournament. Dave played in it and his team won first place. Check out the campground's website and look for the winning team holding their trophies. Oh yeah, there were even trophies!!!

The Libby family in front of their weekend home.

On Sunday morning we had a little devotional time together and here are some of the friends that we spent the weekend with. The couple in the middle have 3 boys and a girl, one on the way in August and had never been camping before. They loved it! And it was so fun to watch all the kids play together on all our different campsites.
